改會建議訂立「窺淫罪」及「未經同意下拍攝裙底罪」,關注婦女性暴力協會認為仍未針對其他性暴力,包括未涵蓋未經同意下被人散佈及販賣私密影像、藉此要脅及勒索受害人等問題。該會接獲多宗求助,包括有女性被前男友偷拍性交影片,分手後遭威脅,但刑事檢控門檻高,報警也無用。有法律學者稱,受害人即使申請民事禁制令禁止影片流傳,亦不見得有效。協會促請政府參考英國、澳洲等國家立法規管。

風雨蘭於國際婦女節翌日2019年3月9日在香港城市大學舉行「《風雨蘭個案回溯研究報告 2000-2018》發佈會 暨『縫隙中找出路:女性及兒童性暴力問題研討會』」。風雨蘭在過去處理超過 14,000 宗性暴力求助個案,研究報告就著當中 3,611 宗接受了中心輔導員的輔導和深入跟進之個案才出詳細分析。
