意見表達、讚賞及投訴的處理程序

  1. 口頭意見可直接向本機構員工反映,或致電聯絡我們。如需回覆,請作出書面意見。

  2. 書面意見可於「聯絡我們」填寫表格,或透過郵寄至本機構,標題請註明「意見表達」、「讚賞」或「投訴」。

  3. 我們會於五個工作天內聯絡閣下以了解情況,並於兩個月內完成跟進處理並作出回覆。

  4. 沒有留下聯絡方法之意見恕不回覆。


Comments, compliments, and complaints handling procedures

  1. Verbal feedback can be directly communicated to our staff or by contacting us via phone. If an official response is needed, please make a written feedback.

  2. Written feedback can be submitted through the "Contact Us" form on our website or sent via email, mail, or fax to us. Please indicate "Comment", "Compliment", or "Complaint" in the title.

  3. We will contact you within five working days to understand the situation, and we aim to complete the follow-up process and provide a response within two months.

  4. Please be aware that we won't be able to respond to your feedback without your contact information.
