輔導員（註冊社工）

職責：

  • 為曾經歷性暴力人士提供個案輔導

  • 陪同服務使用者面對性暴力事件所涉之醫療／司法程序

  • 需輪班工作並輪值負責廿四小時即時危機介入

  • 肩負個案管理角色，為服務使用者提供適切支援，按需要參與「懷疑虐待兒童多專業個案會議」等

資歷要求：

  • 註冊社工並持社會工作學位

  • 2 年或以上社工工作經驗

  • 具備危機個案處理或婦女服務經驗者將獲優先考慮

Full-time vacancies are 5-day workweek positions that require 44 hours of work per week.
Employees in full-time positions are also entitled to medical insurance and continuing education subsidy after the probation period.
Full-time welfare also includes 18 days of annual leave, menstrual leave, birthday leave, continuing education leave, wedding leave, bereavement leave, maternity/paternity/adoption leave, and overtime compensatory leave.
