Communication Officer / Assistant

Mode: Part time
Location: Ho Man Tin, Kowloon

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for creative concept development and design independently including but not limited to the following:

    • Social media visual and infographic

    • Reels, Animated ads (Gif & html5) and simple video for online advertising

    • EDM & printed materials

  • Transform complex information into concise, digestible, and high-performing content formats that extract key insights and engage our audience.

  • Work closely with internal and external partners, oversee service promotion scopes, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of publicity materials.

  • Manage the organisation’s social media accounts, planning and publishing content 

  • Monitor platform analytics, optimise content strategies, and enhance audience engagement and exposure.’

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic design, Creative media or related disciplines

  • A strong portfolio showcasing past visual design and social media work is highly preferred

  • 2 years of experience in UX/UI design are preferred

  • Fresh graduates may not be considered

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Figma

  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, video shooting, illustration would be an advantage

  • Familiar with social media platforms and aware of the latest trends

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English

  • Self-motivated, open-minded, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines

  • A team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer. The above position is a 3-4 days work week. A strong portfolio showcasing past visual design and social media work is highly preferred.

Full-time vacancies are 5-day workweek positions that require 44 hours of work per week.
Employees in full-time positions are also entitled to medical insurance and continuing education subsidy after the probation period.
Full-time welfare also includes 18 days of annual leave, menstrual leave, birthday leave, continuing education leave, wedding leave, bereavement leave, maternity/paternity/adoption leave, and overtime compensatory leave.
