Glory's Story
I was suicidal when I was in secondary school, and persuaded by friends, I reached out to The Samaritan Befrienders. They referred me to RainLily.
I remember meeting counsellors with so much unsettling feelings inside, as I did not know if they will bring me out of the shadow of being raped. It turned out fine. Now I have walked past the dark valley of being raped, and can share this journey with others – in which I hope it can help girls having the same experiences.
I am thankful to every RainLily worker, without you all, I will not be able to move on. Thank you.
