This service provides victim-survivors of sexual violence with FREE legal advice through a face-to-face meeting with pro-bono lawyer. Please complete and submit the following form, a RainLily counsellor will contact you shortly. All Information is kept strictly confidential.

Nature of cases that can be consulted in the Clinic

  • Sexual harassment, Discrimination and victimisation, Vicarious liability

  • Civil procedures, Complaints to the Equal Opportunities Commission, Conciliation procedures

  • Rape, Indecent Assault, Imaged-Based Sexual Violence, and other forms of sexual violence
